*Work Locations: Tallahassee, Florida* *Anticipated Start Date: **Upon Acceptance of Purchase Order* *Length of Contract: **Through year end (500 Hours)* *Hours*: *8a-5p schedule (40 hours per week)* *Rate: $44/hr on C2C (Max)* ** *Purpose:*** The Department of Financial Services, Division of Information Systems, Bureau of Financial Applications is in need of one senior level system analyst/programmer on a time and materials basis to work on the Receipts, Disbursements and Refunds (RDR) system that include development of new processes, and enhancements and support for the existing application. *Scope of Work* The scope of work to be performed by the selected consultant shall be as follows: - Provide support and enhancements for the Receipts and Disbursements System (RDR) (Oracle 10G). - Provide support, changes and enhancements to the Receipts (RCP) subsystem (Oracle 10G). - Handle miscellaneous requests for data extraction and reporting. - Work with representatives from the Accounting office to resolve daily issues. - Develop new programs, processes and reports related to the RDR/RCP systems. - Testing/Quality Assurance - Technical documentation updates as required using DFS templates where appropriate. - Application testing for DIS infrastructure-related changes. - Enhance RDR system to accept Bank of America remitter files and feed the output files to several business systems within the department. * * *Must complete and submit the following Skills Matrix with your # of years experience along with Resume* *Consultant Skills Matrices* *Qualification Requirements for Consultant.*** *# Years Experience*** Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff Demonstrated experience with developing database programs and applications Demonstrated experience with TOAD for ORACLE v9.0.0.160 Demonstrated experience with SunOS 5.9 Demonstrated experience with ORACLE 10g database and utilities Demonstrated experience with ORACLE SQL*PLUS v9 Demonstrated experience with PL/SQL for ORACLE 10g. Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document business requirements. Demonstrated experience with unit and system testing Familiarity with DFS network and desktop operating procedures relating to the project as identified by the Contract Manager.
