Gathering, documentation, and obtaining sign off of requirement documentation for assigned project deliverables.** *Required Skills:* Practical experience with industry standard requirement methodologies/practices such as but not limited to UML and RUP. Strong skills and techniques for organizing requirements in the requirement documentation. Understand traceability of requirements from the requirements documentation to testing documentation and technical implementation documentation. Strong listening, interviewing/questioning, analytical, written, oral, and organizational skills. Strong skills on how to elicit the business need and transform that into detailed requirements Experience on how to size up the technical complexity of implementing requirements. Understand how to remove/minimize ambiguity and vagueness from business requirements. Good understanding of project management, program management and project portfolio management processes.
