Description
This position is a member of the Service B2B team within the Cisco Services
(formally Customer Advocacy) organization. The Service B2B team develops B2B
capabilities to support end-to-end service process life cycle.
The role of this business analyst (BA) is to:
1. Support program on enhancement and maintenance releases - The BA will play a
key role in the project management and analysis required to create and enhance
the processes, policies, and sales tools which will support these new or
modified capabilities. Standard SDLC should be followed.
2. Support Cisco Partner on boarding integration - The BA will play a key role
in the project management and analysis required to onboard a Cisco
Partner/Distributor to the Service B2B capabilities.
