· Candidate will develop contract and technical cost, schedule and

· Qualified candidates shall possess, at a minimum, a Bachelor's
degree from an accredited college or university, and shall demonstrate a
minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience. Work experience with
FAA is desirable.**
