DESCRIPTION: Long-term Contract Opportunity for a Java/J2EE Developer! This Plano-based industry leader has an immediate 6+ month contract opening for a Senior Java/J2EE Developer. This position requires extensive J2EE 1.5 experience with WebLogic 10.3 as J2EE container. Requires hands-on experience with Message Driven Bean (MDB), Web Services (JAX-WS), JAXB, Java 1.6, and CORBA. Must also have experience with Ant Scripts, Eclipse, XML, XSD, and XSL. Must have quick debugging and issue resolution skills. Requires the ability to do independent research on new technologies and perform Proof of Concept in a very short time. Requires experience with code refactoring, and unit test. Requires the ability to code a new program/module from scratch and experience with applied design patterns. Must have good communication skills and be a team player. Requires the ability to multitask.
