*Other Information :*  I mentioned. The right candidate has High Level
Requirement Gathering experience. This is a true BA position, some who has a
lot of experience writing manual specifications, and with a well defined
requirement gathering process. Must have Financial experience, and if it's
possible with Retirement Services (401K, etc).

Business Analyst
Experience with the Financial Services industry.  They should be able to
engage and work closely with business customers.
Will support the demand management phase - critical thinking skills to
assist customers in transforming a business objective/proposal into a
specific, actionable scope that includes initial high-level requirements
that will then be decomposed during detailed requirements gathering.

Will support detailed business requirements.  Taking a project scope and
effectively decomposing it into its' detailed component requirements.
 Facilitate initial high-level solutioning, including system/application
impacts, data identification and mapping, report structures, etc.
 Requirements may be technology focused as well as business operational
readiness focused (ex. facilitating training requirements; procedures; UAT;
Proven ability to work in a matrixed team setting across remote sites

Need Financial Services industry experience.
Experience in Matrixed Management environment a big plus.
Excellent communications skills required
