*Position: - Business Analyst*

*Location: -  Santa Ana, CA*

*Duration: 6+Months Contract To Hire*



*Responsibilities:*



Qualifications

•             Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

•             3-5 years of Business Analyst experience required

•             Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred

•             Strong analytical and problem solving skills a must

•             Qualified candidate must have strong communication skills both
written and verbal, including technical writing skills

•             Must be able to present information to managers and clients as
needed and be able to participate in meetings with other business partners

•             Must be able to prioritize effectively, work independently or
as part of a project team to complete multiple tasks concurrently

•             Excellent organizational and planning skills

•             Travel as necessary to meet with clients and business
partners  (maybe 10% of the time once an employee)

•             Intermediate PC skills including MS Word and Excel

Analysis

•             Resolve non-routine problems and issues where no precedent has
been established or exists

•             Identify trends/patterns; facilitate and or/conduct root cause
analysis; recommend solution alternatives

•             When possible, implement creative (yet cost effective) short
term fixes to overcome immediate operational/customer issues while focusing
on long-term solutions

•             Assist with the development and execution of SQL analysis to
enhance reporting functionality

•             Ability to identify priority issues and determine which ones
can be handled within your authority and which issues require direction from
a higher authority

•             Provide first level technical support to Operations for
clients in production

•             Provide first level troubleshooting for production problems

•             Use positive customer Service skills in dealing with clients,
users, and peers
