While SAP PP-PI is the primary role, significant preference will be given to candidates that also have strong experience in SAP MM-PU. Monsanto’s seed manufacturing business is complex and unlike typical manufacturing processes, therefore candidates must have strong technical experience and be able to quickly learn new processes in order to be successful in this role. This person will be responsible for owning assigned tasks, identifying and resolving issues, assisting with compatibility testing, and defining/driving enhancements and configurations. Skills: Strong SAP PP-PI experience Strong SAP MM-PU experience Experience with custom development solutions (ABAP) Ability to write technical specifications to give to developers Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work closely with Monsanto's business users Excellent verbal and written communication skills The learning curve associated with the Seed Manufacturing and business process is steep, therefore the candidate must be technically strong. If they are trying to learn the technical while on the job, they won't be able to keep up and will wash out quickly.
