KPMG is hiring for a large, highly strategic long-term project for a Fortune
50 company based in NJ.  At its height, the project team will be 70+ people
and we expect the project to be at least 1.5 years.

The project involves designing and implementing a new integrated HR and
Payroll service delivery model/shared service function (people, process and
technology) for the US and Puerto Rico, as well as some global reach. The
underlying technology is SAP. We are hiring in most of the core areas of HR
(Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Attendance, Org
Management/Personnel Administration, and overall PMO), and we are looking
for people who are strong in HR processes, and specifically HR processes as
enabled by SAP HCM technology.

*Position #1 (SAP Solutions Architect)*



The ideal candidate MUST HAVE at least 15 + years of HR experience and
ideally must have done SAP HR engagements for most of those years. We need
someone very familiar with North American HR who can help solve issues in
integration and implementation at the client site.   Candidate should have
strong knowledge of HR functions and processes such as Foundational
Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Change Management,
Requirements/Needs Analysis, and Change Readiness Assessment.



*Qualifications: *



   - Typically requires 7-10+ years of deep technical work experience and
   project delivery
   - Deep process familiarity with HR systems and business processes
   - Experience working with SAP Enterprise-wide understanding of HR, Legal
   and corporate communications systems and external interfaces
   - Experience with large-scale system development efforts
   - Experience in application operational support, root cause analysis and
   problem solving in project and production support environments.
   - Experience working with outsource providers
   - Previous experience developing and leading HR technical solutions,
   leveraging enterprise tools (SAP ECC and Portal, BW, PI).
   - Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and
   methodology (e.g TOGAF, SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework)
   - Well rounded understanding of technology, operations and business
   processes
   - Re-engineering / process improvement experience, leading and coaching
   quality improvement projects
   - Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and operating models, and working
   with professional services firms
   - BS Degree in IS or technical field* required*

   - Typically requires 7-10+ years of deep technical work experience and
   project delivery
   - Deep process familiarity with HR systems and business processes.
