**–        Customer Service (must speak English fluently)**
**–        Issue Management**
**–        PERL & Visual Basic **
**–        Windows Server**
**–        SQL 2005 & 2008**
**–        IBM Rational ClearQuest (Higher than NTH, but not required)**
**–        VBScript**

**Scope of work:**

**–        Data administration - clean up fields on the ClearQuest system**
**•        Windows and SQL server administration and maintenance**
**–        Server patching, operations, upgrades, etc.**
**–        Feature enhancements - adding new functionality**
**–        Resolution of errors **
**•        Ex: correcting issues with parent/child relationships**
**•        Resolve user questions and 1st level and 2nd level issues**
**–        Training - Educating the customer on known functionality.  This
isn’t group training.  It’s more ad-hoc when a customer is trying to do
something that the tool is setup to do.   **
**–        Release update activities - releasing updates to the schema**
**–        CQ Schema and Database Refreshes. Assistance with automating this
process.***
