Title:Webshere MQ Series/Message Broker Administrator *backfill* position,
Location: NYC,NY
Duration:18+ months option to extend and they are looking to find someone
asap since the position was supposed to start this past Monday
Client:NYC Department of Education.
*Face to Face is Must but formal from our client side*.
*Qualification Requirements:*
· IBM WebSphere MQ Series administration and system experience
· 7+ years experience in MQ Series Administration & some
applications development/support within a large organization
· Wide hands-on project experience with MQ Series & Message Broker
administration & system on Windows 2003 servers/Linux
· Experience installing & configuring Microsoft Windows Clusters, MQ
Clusters & Message Broker v 6.x
· Experience installing & configuring with Omegamon
· Experience installing & configuring IBM WebSphere Application
Server (WAS)
· Experience installing & configuring IBM WebSphere Service Registry
& Repository (WSRR)
· Experience installing & configuring ITCAM for SOA and HATS
· Experienced in administration & support of transaction processing
systems
· Experience working with Oracle, SQL, DB2 & other major database
platforms
· Experienced in Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) implementation &
operation
· Work on projects that extend MQ Series infrastructure, MQ
Clustering, SSL channels support, Publish/Subscribe, etc.
· Experience with MQ Series Workflow Admin production support
· Experience supporting enterprise business critical messaging
through a high available MQSI/MQ Series architecture which exploits MQ
Series clustering & queue sharing

*PREFERRED SKILLS:*
· Knowledge of C, Java, JMS
· Networking concepts, TCP/IP
