- Should possess strong understanding of Problem Management Process & Other
ITIL processes

- Data Analysis; Analytical Thinking

-  Experience in Statistical tools Excel , OBIEE ,  JMP ..

- Basic knowledge around datacenter technologies

- Data Analysis;  / Analytical Thinking;

- Client Management; Cross Functional Influence; Internal Consulting and

- Communication; Conflict Management; Negotiation; Facilitation;
Presentation and Demonstration;  Written Communication

- Strong ability to create actionable information out of audit data and

-Problem Solving methodologies

- Experience in Process , Quality improvement projects is a plus


-       Identify Problems by analyzing Incident data, Alerts , Events

-       Maintain Problem Management Data

-       Identify trends and potential problem areas

-       Monitor the progress on the resolution of known errors

-       Facilitate and drive the process to develop run books , work around

-       Document Run Books and Work Around

-       Communicate IM Analysts available work-around  for Incidents that
are unresolved / known errors

-       Facilitate and Drive  root cause Analysis and Long Term Fix

-       Generate Problem Management  Process Metrics

-       Audit Problem Record Data

-       Identify Opportunities for Improvement by being proactive

-       Contextualize Impacts by identifying implications of
problems/issues/events on business processes

-       Improve and Document Processes , Standard operating procedures

-       Focus on Continual process / Service Improvements

Measures :

Improved Service Quality through reduction in business/client impacting
incidents and MTTR
