*Duration: * 3-6 months
Great Plains Experience 5 years +
Experience in GP data mapping and ETL skills;
Oracle Skills a Plus;
2 + solid years of ETL development.
*Job Description:*
For a newly acquired company, project involves the conversion of financial
OTC data into an Oracle Billing System at the company’s Shared Service
Center operation.
Job entails the development of Great Plains to Oracle mappings of varying
complexity. Candidate must be able hit the ground running with Great Plains
and must be able to develop accurate, efficient ETL code. Ability to
troubleshoot data anomalies is essential.
The position also requires that the developer perform and document the
conversion and related testing.
The target company is in San Antonio, Texas.
This position calls for a strong data specialist, who understands the data
tables in Great Plains, and can successfully map them into an extraction
tool from GP, and into the Oracle Billing Engine.
