Title: PeopleSoft HRMS Developer
Must be able to pass background check upon hire. We can use vendors to
fill this position.
Skills required include:
PeopleTools - Application Designer
Application Engine Programs
Maintenance of PeopleSoft with application of bundles, patches and fixes
Design, Development, Testing, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft HRMS for HR,
Payroll and Base Benefits modules.
Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields, Process
Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists.
Develop interface reports using SQR to read the data from file
Online changes to the delivered pages, components, menus and translate
Work on interface programs for migrating data from other systems to People
Gathering specifications from the functional team and modifying the SQR’s
as per the SPECS.
Use process scheduler for scheduling recurring process for conditional
Scheduling of successive process for setting up the reports to run at
specific time and implementation of batch processing.
Use File Layout Definition to get data from the legacy system to people
Modify, design, configure and build fields, records, sub records, setting
up keys to records, assign table edits like prompt table.
Change SQRs as per the change requests from the users.
Develop various PS queries in order to help the client day-to-day activity.
Unit testing of People Soft delivered and modified functionality &
customized SQR programs using HR, Benefits and Payroll Modules.
Conduct meetings with the Users
