Job Description

·         4+ years in US  IT recruiting experience

·         Coordinate and communicate with the sales department to assess
staffing needs

·         Build candidate database by networking, social media, etc.

·         Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of
salaried,full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp

·         Create, maintain, and update candidate database records

·         coordinate consultants for client interviews

·         Coordinate technical screens  and verify consultant references

·         Generate client leads and consultant referrals

·         Manage job postings

·         Good understanding of various IT technologies

·         Great communication skills

·         Candidate should be willing to work in CST Timings (IST 8.30PM to
5.30 AM)
