Please let me know do you have any consultant for this position Reply me ASAP Job Title : Health Care Data Analyst Project Duration : long term Location : Lincoln Nebraska *Rate : DOE* *Note: skills list in the attachment must be filled by the consultant.* Skill set : *Required:* - Bachelor’s degree or 5 years experience operating within the health care industry. - 5 years experience in the collection and analysis of health care data in support of reporting, analytics, clinical or actuarial operations. - Deep understanding of how changes to data layout, structure or model can impact up- or down-stream business rules and functionality. - Ability to identify potential data integrity issues and develop appropriate remediation strategies to resolve with minimal risk. - Excellent PC skills including the use of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and SharePoint. - Must be self-starter and self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be comfortable working on multiple tasks, setting priorities and meeting potentially aggressive timelines. - Must be able to work well within a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff. *Preferred:* - Previous experience operating within the Medicaid health care industry. - Familiarity or previous experience implementing the ICD-10 code set. - 3 years experience converting or mapping claims data as part of system conversions or similar data projects. - 3 years experience conducting system and data assessments to identify areas of concern and develop appropriate remediation strategies. - 5 years experience manipulating and analyzing Medicaid data using standard data tools such as MS-SQL. - 3 years experience developing data testing models to validate results of data conversions.
