This project is for the development end to end capacity planning capability for
Universal Service Platform (USP) network elements on CoNCEPT.
More specifically, the candidates will be responsible to develop both front end
UI and backend software in Java, Unix shell , C/C++, Oracle SQL/PLSQL to
support overall USP development work.

- Ability to work with large data sets

- Unix shell required
- Ability to produce quick results using meaningful assumptions, working with
fuzzy network data.

- Web development/HTML skills highly desired
- Perl highly desired
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with
clients and business partners
- MS or BS Degree from a strong school in Math/Science/Statistics/Computer
Science or any Engineering field with extremely good academic standing
