Key Responsibilities:
a.. Java Developer w/ Strong Java with front end skills listed…..
Qualifications:
a.. Education: Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Computer Science
b.. Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in building scalable
distributed systems based on SOA, ideally in an e-commerce environment
Skills:
a.. Front end acumen, including JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS – need
not be UI developers but must be capable of handling all of, or at least most
of, the skills listed above.
b.. A solid grounding on CS fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in
Computer Science / related field).
c.. Excellent object oriented analysis and design skills.
d.. Mastery of tools of the trade including any of the modern
programming languages (Java, C/C++ etc.).
e.. Prior experience with Java/J2EE, Apache Tomcat, and Hibernate.
f.. Deep specialized domain knowledge in building and architecting
scalable and distributed systems and adoption of engineering best practices -
programming techniques, algorithms, design patterns, agile development and
frameworks.
g.. Expert knowledge in performance, scalability of enterprise system
architecture.
h.. Be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment where change is the
only constant.
i.. Be a team player with high energy.
j.. Excellence in technical communication with technical and
non-technical cohorts.
k.. Strong analytical skills and an out-of-the-box thinker.
l.. Results oriented and with a strong customer focus.
