Role: QA Test Engineer
Location: Westwood, CA
Rate: $40/hr
Length: 3+ Months

Job Description:
We looking for talented QA Test Engineer to join our team developing and
delivering the latest in consumer-facing mobile media products. Candidates need
to be exceptionally skilled in the arts black box testing with emphasis on web
services, authoring and executing test plans and test cases, using a bug
database and getting around different technologies. The work environment is a
dynamic and fun place where people matter.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for software testing with a focus on end-to-end product
delivery (front end and back end systems).
- Hands-on experience with testing web services (REST or SOAP)
required
- Extensive experience documenting test cases and composing clear,
repeatable bug/issue reports
- Drive end-to-end QA test plan execution, as assigned by
management, with a high level of effectiveness and efficiency.
- Extensive experience working with bug-tracking software
(preferably JIRA).
- 3 or more years working as a QA Engineer.
- Experience in the setup and execution of load and performance
testing of large-scale web applications running on multiple servers.
- Familiar with Agile Development process
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math or
science or equivalent
- Experienced using tools such as Fiddler, Wireshark, and Eclipse.
- Experience configuring and imaging computer systems.
