Client is looking for an experienced SAP basis leader with experience in evolving an architecture that is based on SAP, Microsoft, and SQL: and includes strategies for Client Instance Landscape, Transport Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Systems Monitoring, User Interface, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Systems Integration, Mobile Integration, Backup & Recovery and Capacity Management In addition this person will manage the architecture team, this position is a contract position with the right to hire, and it is based in Northern, New Jersey. Accountability and Responsibility: *Determine optimal solutions architecture for SAP and non-SAP systems. *Work with the project teams and program stakeholders to gather requirements, strategize and design solutions and continuously evolve the architecture. *Evolve the architecture to reduce the complexity and size of the technology footprint. *Become the thought leader in the team for infrastructure and system architecture. *Lead the architecture roadmap development, collaborate with the regional support organizations and the global infrastructure organization to evolve the architecture as operations knowledge and new solutions evolve. *Works closely and collaborative with all parties, including key vendors, regional support organizations (Level 2 and 3 support), and global colleagues to align processes and promote a constructive working environment *Tracks and monitors multiple release and deployment plans and identifies and manages deliverable dependencies for infrastructure. *Requirements definition - Development of Requirement Definitions which define the full context of the requirements in a way that can be further progress to a satisfactory solution Required Technology Skills *At least 10 years experience with SAP Netweaver Architecture and Administration, both as a practitioner and a leader of teams. *Must have experience as a basis lead in a project setting as well as steady state support operation. *Over 5 years of architecture leadership experience in a Microsoft/SQL environment. *Must have been part of at least 4 full lifecycle implementation and over 3 years as a SAP Netweaver basis lead. *Experience working with peers and that are not SAP literate, should be able to articulate key decisions and design in simple terms. *Experience in maintaining a SAP landscape architecture that meets the needs of project teams and development organizations. *At least 5+ years of experience in architecting SAP solutions for ECC, CRM, Solution Manager, PI, BI and commonly used bolt-on products. *At least 3 years of experience managing in BO/BW (especially BO 4.0) *Strong customer relationship, presentation and communication skills. *Experience in global template implementation and support organization a PLUS *SAP Netweaver or ALM certification is a big plus. -- Thanks & Regards Srikanth Asuri Kindly submit your consultant profile to above Email ID.
