with ECC and preferred integration knowledge with Sharepoint
(workflow). *
*· Resource should also be knowledgeable about Interactive Adobe
forms, CRM Surveys/Questionnaire *
*· Resource should be able to set up Workflows in CRM/ECC as well as
CRM mail with forms/surveys/questionnaires, and should be able to indicate
BKM.*
