Description:
Location: Montvale, NJ.
Duration: 6-8 Months
No. of Positions: 4
This position serves as a resource to assist the MobileIron team within IT
Mobility team in dealing with issues related to MobileIron platform that
has been implemented at MBUSA for the dealers. The person in this position
must have the general working knowledge about iPads and MDM solution
providers like MobileIron. The goal of the project is to get every iPad
that is registered via MobileIron to be on the latest version of the
MobileIron client and the latest version of the apps being rolled out via
MobileIron. This position requires strong communication skills related to
IT support issues.
*Specific Responsibilities*
Assist Mobile Architecture team in resolving issues by learning
the implementation of the environment quickly.
Work on a target based on metrics to get everybody on the latest
version of the apps.
Ability to quickly grasp the business goals of the project.
Report on the progress on a weekly basis.
*Knowledge and Experience:*
Conceptual understanding of Mobile Device Management.
Working knowledge in IT Support functions for mobile devices
Working knowledge of iPad and how apps work in the Apple world
Experience in documentation and reporting.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be knowledgeable about current technology and trends related
to iOS.
MobileIron experience is a plus.
*Skills Required:*
Experience and proficiency with the following tools and methodologies is
required:
iPad IT support
Knowledge of MDM, MobileIron
MS Excel.
