*Description.*

The Kronos Configuration Associate will be working side-by-side with senor
Kronos on the configuration of the Kronos Workforce Central application in
an enterprise-wide deployment of Kronos Workforce Central v6.3 in Client
high volume, complex, centralized Workforce Management Group.

Responsible for application configuration of Kronos Workforce Central on
any of the following: pay rules, accruals, holidays, scheduling and
timekeeping. Primary responsibilities of this position are to create, test
and support the various work rules within the application and to coordinate
with functional resources in overall support of the application.

   - Configures, unit-tests, trouble-shoots, and monitors site pay policies
   (pay, work, accrual, holiday, scheduling, timekeeping) within Kronos
   Workforce Central
   - Experienced in configuration of work rules for companies
   - Performs analysis of issues reported to determine root cause and
   resolution. Provides on-call or after-hours support as required
   - Ensures that system configurations and enhancements are successfully
   implemented
   - Adheres to Client standards to ensure proper tracking, documentation,
   testing is provided
   - Adheres to change management procedures to ensure proper tracking,
   documentation, testing and approval is provided regarding changes to the
   environment or application
   - Ensure solutions conform to current industry standards as well as to
   Client guidelines and standards

*Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree or requisite industry experience. This position typically
requires 18 months to 3 years of work experience within the workforce
management discipline, configuring site specific rules such as pay rules,
accruals, holidays, scheduling and timekeeping. Candidate must be
experienced with a workforce management system, preferably Kronos.
Technical skills coupled with an understanding of customer's payroll needs
so that they can be transformed into Kronos requirements.
