*Project Overview*:
Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems and business
process scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined
with an understanding of applicable business systems and processes. With
this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information
systems, including analysis of business and user needs, documenting
requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.

*Required/Mandatory Skills: *
This position requires an experienced, skilled BSA who can write
requirements and draw what is needed out of the business.  Also must have
the ability to work under minimal supervision and look to other areas
(Documentation) when a SME is not available when researching requirements.

Must be able to gather and write requirements with little or no supervision.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,
professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

*Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
*Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
*Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
*Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar
*Ability to calculate figures, and amounts such as discounts, interest,
commissions, proportions, and percentages.
*Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid
*Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in
mathematical or diagram form and to deal with several abstract and concrete
