Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: 1 year contract to hire

*Must Haves:*
Java (SE and EE), JavaScript experience
*Exposure to application servers such as WebSphere, tcServer, JBoss, .Net*
Development experience on Windows and/or Linux
Demonstrated software development and problem solving skills in a variety
of platforms and/or programming languages
Advanced degree or related experience in Computer Science, Software
Engineering or related technical field
Demonstrated ability to deliver new software, updates to existing software
and ability to integrate existing software
Strong communication
Comfortable interacting with executive management, clients and internal
teams
Proven ability to lead software development teams
Experience designing, developing, integrating and troubleshooting
enterprise software

*Plusses:*
HTML 5
Browser based application development (ex. Internet Explorer, FireFox)
Experience with iOS and/or Android

Serving as a lead software engineer in designing and developing
object-oriented, web applications.
Targeting a variety of mainstream browsers and mobile form factors.

technologies.
Leveraging modern development tooling and agile practices.
Analyzing and solving complex technology/integration problems and a rapidly
changing technical architecture.
Software Development Technology Research and Prototyping
Identifying and researching potential tools, technologies, and practices
from our enterprise technology area and the industry.
Using agile methods to create prototypes, run proofs-of-concept, and drive
technical architecture decisions.
Exploring and mitigating the risks and issues which accompany new
technologies.
Coaching consuming design and development teams in effective adoption of
new technologies.
