*Client is in need of a SAP Service Manager to support the Business Process
Leads in the Americas region as SAP is deployed to the US, Canada, Brazil,
and Mexico. This individual will be the sole point of contact for each of
the workstreams (SD/PS, FICO, CRM, HCM, BI) and must be able to communicate
the issues to technical and functional teams who will resolve the issues.
This is ongoing UAT and as Canada goes live in May and the US goes live in
October; this consultant will be ensuring that the users in each of these
countries are able to fully utilize the SAP solution and complete their
daily tasks without workarounds. Service manager will be required to
understand gaps within the business and provide the appropriate resolution
status, timeline, and priority level for fixes. The expectation is for this
individual to be proactive and to work with the business process owners to
discover pain points and address them before they become a high priority
Qualified candidates will have:
5+ years of service management experience (delivery/project management
Business process knowledge of a Professional Services orgainization
including knowledge of how those translate into SAP SD/PS, FICO, CRM, HCM,
