Job Title : Siebel Consultant
Location : Irving, TX
Interview : Phone or Skype interview if not local
Deep involvement in all phases of the software development cycle
• Deliver high-quality work, on time and with little oversight
• Provide and lead design to deliver good User Experience
• Work directly with user community and business sponsors to troubleshoot
issues and define technical requirements
• Assists in code reviews to ensure Software best practices are followed across
the team
• Provide technical support of the production system during business hours to
support defects, downtime and performance issues
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Enterprise Development experience across multiple implementations
preferably in Sales/Ordering Systems
• System Replatforming/Migration Experience
• Ability to lead teams located at multiple locations
• Strong analytic capability
• Strong User experience Analyst
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills to enable working directly with
the user community and business process teams
• Strong sense of ownership of assigned tasks
Desired Skills & Experience
• Siebel configuration - 7.8 and 8.1
• Senior level skills in the following areas: Business Services, VBC/EBCs,
Workflows, eScript, EIM, SQL
• Client-side components (Runtime events, Data Mapping, Client-side Business
Services, etc)
• Strong DB understanding and programming skills (Stored Procedures, triggers,
DB Views, execution plan, etc)
• Big Machines Configuration
• SFDC
