Please submit resumes to go...@adtoitwsc.com* Location: Bloomington, IL Duration: 6 Months+ ·3 + years of experience in performance engineering and/or Performance testing. ·Previous Performance testing Experience in a highly available distributed Production environment with large-scale database systems. ·Experience with working with one or more of the following: J2EE, COBOL, DB2, SQL ·Strong analytical skills and experience in leading testing of complex, high-volume, business-critical applications. ·Strong communication skills, written and verbal (including presentation skills) ·Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with individuals at various levels within an organization ·Strong leadership skills Below are a list of responsibilities · Responsible for managing Performance testing activities and leading performance test teams · Assist Test Manger in maintaining appropriate staffing levels, mentoring, developing, training and evaluating test team members · Lead and oversee all performance testing related activities · Support Performance Test team with Test planning and Test execution · Review and evaluate performance test designs and results · Understand the needs of business partners and support areas in order to ensure quality objectives related to performance are achieved · Provide product quality risk analysis and participate in product release "go/no go" decisions · Participate in architecture reviews and performance recommendation reviews · Represent and advocate quality and testing perspectives in product/project issue and risk management decisions · Manage cross program/project performance testing dependencies for the supporting products · Optimize the effectiveness of test teams and test environment resources · Provide guidance and input to resources working on test planning, test design, and execution · Assign responsibilities and set expectations for Performance test resources · Enable Test Teams to work with the appropriate development teams, (architects, technical leads, designers, coders, business …) to ensure their understanding of the detailed application and to help identify performance defects as early as possible in the delivery cycle. · Monitor and communicate appropriate metrics describing progress and quality · Overall responsibility for defect management · Provide direction for Testing risk management (identifying testing related risks and developing contingency plans) · Document and apply continuous process improvement practices · Identify lessons learned and adjust efforts as appropriate · Share best practices/ lessons learned with Enterprise · Navigate the organization to resolve any issues that need quickly escalated · Understand the challenges associated with DC applications and their potential impacts to availability and stability · Provide feedback and insight to DC9 HDM staff regarding changes needed within DC9 and changes needed in other parts of the Systems Department with regard to Performance testing Regards, *Gopal* Technical Recruiter *adroIT Software & Consulting, Inc.* *REGAL INTERNATIONAL, INC.* (GROUP)** P: 201-977-1242 F: 201-608-6870 E: go...@adroitswc.com W: www.adroitswc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
