Understanding of common errors encountered during load and performance testing Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Requirements Traceability knowledge/experience Test plan / Test case creation and execution Defect tracking *Plusses:* Experience in working with Ajax TrueClient & Flex protocols Installation and configuration of LoadRunner Controller, Load Generator & Analysis Scenario construction and execution using LoadRunner Controller Ramp-up strategy Sitescope monitoring Understanding of the default report sand graphs Creating additional reports and graphs Merging & Filtering graphs Analysis Template creation and application Analysis report generation Analysis and evaluation of load and performance test results compared to established baseline results to identify load and performance issues on a per release basis.
