Position  : Build and Release Engineer
Location : St. Louis, MO
Duration : 6+ Months

*Green Card and US Citizen ONLY.*

*Must Haves :
*A strong, broad technical background with the ability to troubleshoot
various technical issues and seek-out best practices/processes of technical
5-7+ years of experience supporting and/or implementing technical solutions
within software development methodologies
Intermediate knowledge supporting and/or use of Software Configuration
Management tools, either one of CA SCM, CVSNT, Subversion
*Intermediate experience in scripting either NAnt or Ant build tools (Maven
is acceptable)
*Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Continuous
Integration methodology/system, i.e. AnthillPro, Hudson/Jenkins, TeamCity,
Basic knowledge of packaging tools, either Windows Installer, Red Hat
Package Manager, or Build & Deploy Frameworks

*Plusses :
*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other
related field
Hands-on experience of support and/or configuration of AnthillPro, Apache
Tomcat, IIS, IBM WebSphere, MS Access, and command shell script development
(UNIX and/or Windows).
Basic knowledge of application development (Java or .NET) and hands-on
experience using Integrated Development Environment (IDE), either Visual
Studio or Eclipse/RAD

*Role :
*This team is in charge of supporting over 280 applications for the
brokerage department. They put together solutions for all of the
developers, including developing the frameworks they use and all the
development tools they use, so they are accountable for day to day support
of application frameworks and build and deploy frameworks, as well as
developer tools support. They will assist with the development of
standards, processes, and usage patterns, ensure solutions comply with the
regulatory, Corporate Information Security standards and the Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC) policies, participate in testing and updating
the business continuation plan, and assist with the team’s release
processes and change management procedures.
