* Job Description:
Will be the liaison and primary focal point of contact between the Customer
Experience business partners and the development teams
Will create and maintain functional requirements including User Interface
(UI) and application call flow documentation
Will work with both business and technical teams to foster collaborative
approaches and teamwork in a positive way
Will coordinate and setup meetings with business and IT stakeholders as
needed to define and manage requirements and collect estimates
Will work closely with our technical team to confirm requirements and test
Will plan and manage projects and application releases
Provide guidance to our internal Enterprise Quality Assurance (EQA) group
to help structure effective testing practices for both manual and automated
testing which results in the deployment of an excellent, stable and
reliable product or service to the customer
Will be required to understand and exceed the expectations and requirements
of internal/external customers
Will be expected to deliver quality work on time and translate planning
into actions and requirements by following applicable established
procedures and methodologies
Will proactively monitor and control tasks by performing appropriate
analysis, resolves or escalates as appropriate as well as communicates
effectively with various levels of management
