Please reply at chris.br...@panzersolutions.com *GIS Analyst Location: Bakersfield, CA 6+Months Contract* *Rate : $50/hr on C2C MaXX* *IF WE CAN GET CANDIDATE FROM BELOW Position ITS A PLACEMENT* Comprehensive knowledge of GIS and spatial science concepts Experience with ArcGIS desktop, Server, SDE (version 10.0 and higher) Create/update ArcMap documents Create/update/publish map, Geoprocessing, other GIS web services Create/update/publish web map applications using web ADF framework Manage/administrate SDE using Sql Server Support business users with general ArcGIS Desktop/other GIS applications questions Must be updated with ESRI’ GIS products and functionality updates – the current project is interested in updating or utilizing ESRI’ time slider or animation functionality to make use of the updated animation (show change in features over a period of time) effects Experience with FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) Create/update FME jobs and automate them using windows task scheduler Experience with Silverlight and/or JavaScript or other industry standard APIs Create/update/publish applications using Silverlight viewer for ESRI’ ArcGIS Edit web parts or create web pages GIS Development experience is a plus Provide training or presentations or technical sessions to business users in GIS Must be eloquent in communication, esp. with the business users in providing solutions Work experience with Oil and Gas domain and different departments or teams within Oil industry namely, HES, Land, EMC, Facility, ADT (Asset Development Team), Technical Team.
