1. Resolution of 3rd line application and Middleware support
2. Following defined Change/Problem Management processes for
3. Bring system changes into production and performing
4. Server builds and productionisation
Essential Hard Skills
v Strong knowledge of WebSphere 6, 7 and 8 along with IBM Http Server v7
(5+ Yrs exp).
v Experience with Apache Tomcat 2.X
v Hands-on experience in MQ v6 and v7.
v Specific experience must include installation, configuration,
administration, deployment, troubleshooting in Production environment.
v Good understanding of ITIL processes and Production support experience.
v Hands-on experience in App Support, Unix and Network related
v Sound knowledge of Unix Platform (Solaris and Linux particularly).
v Knowledge of SSL Cert, IBM WebSeal, TFIM, Policy Servers, LDAP, TAMeB
v Available for 24x7 support in Production environment.
v Experience in providing 3rd line support and problem resolution of the

v Experience in WAS scripting using wsadmin, JACL, Jython etc.
v Knowledge of WAS Security, SSL and integration with Active Directory.
v Understanding of networking including network load-balancers, firewalls,
Essential Soft Skills
v Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical
ideas and document reports and procedures.
v Strong customer focus and experience of working for highly demanding
customers in a high-pressure environment.
Desired Soft Skills
v Experience of working for a global financial organization
v Ability to communicate with people from all levels of the organization
