 Client is seeking one skilled *Tivoli IAM **Developer Analyst * who meets
the qualifications identified below to assist the HHSC Identity and Access
Management team deliver multiple projects.

 The desired candidate will architect and implement enhancements to the
HHSC Enterprise Identity and Access Management security infrastructure
which uses the *Tivoli Identity Management software suite*. The selected
candidate must be self-directed, should possess strong communication
skills, must be able to communicate effectively with IT management as well
as business area experts, and should have experience working both
independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

 *Minimum Requirements:*


Information Technology experience

Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, WebSEAL, Tivoli Directory

J2EE technologies including JavaScript, Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts

SQL, DB2, Web Services, LDAP, XML, Active Directory.

Portlets including JSR168 portlets and WebSphere portlets

Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services Security



Knowledge of Health and Human Services programs

 Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all
aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors
and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management
regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and at least
4years or equivalent of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor
staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 ODOT Specific Description:

 The purpose of this MSP Staff augmentation is to obtain the services
of a *Project
Manager/Business Analyst* to perform leadership and analysis around
building a proposal for COTS(Commercial Off the Shelf) software product
around Vanguard Cash Flow Analytics. ODOT is interested in performing
modeling and cash flow analytics and an Opportunity Evaluation and business
case is needed to determine solution alternatives..

 The Project Manager will be expected to provide the analysis necessary to
complete project tasks and deliverables as assigned. Tasks and deliverables
include, but are not limited to:

-Interview users to obtain requirements

-Document user requirements

-Document “as-is” and “to-be” process work flows

-Analyze work processes and applications used in those processes

-Provide recommendations for changes in work flows

-Document user guides to coincide with new work flows

-Prepare written proposals and presentations to senior Management.

 *Position: Test Engineer II *

*Location: Salem, Oregon 97301 *

 The *Oregon eCourt Program* is a large and complex business change
program, involving the enterprise-wide implementation of new technology and
the transformation of business processes and operations in 36 circuit
courts across the *State of Oregon*.

 The Oregon eCourt Program also provides project, process, and change
management for the new electronic court systems. The Program also manages
the implementation and rollout of new Odyssey eCourt software applications
in cooperation with the Enterprise Technology Services Division (ETSD),
coordinates training requirements with the Office of Education, Training
and Outreach (OETO), and provides business analysis and design analysis
support for the development and implementation of the Oregon eCourt
software applications.

 This resource, Test Engineer II, will support the Testing Manager in the
actual testing activities for the Oregon eCourt Software Applications.

 *Work skills required: *

-Daily plan, organize, and prioritize work demands in a limited time frame;

-Strong problem solving, analytical and technical problem solving skills;

-Daily long hours using a computer and looking at computer screens;

-Strong oral and written communication skills;

-Ability to work under pressure ;

-Ability to work independently and also work in a collaborative work
environment; and

-Excellent keyboarding capability.

 *Work Experience Desired :*

A minimum of 8 years experience in:

-Application testing and documentation experience;

-Writing detailed documentation of errors, defects, and inconsistencies;
