·5-7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
·Exp. With Salesforce.com
·Exp. With Microstrategy or any BI reporting tool.
I am looking for someone who understands as well has a strong working
knowledge of sales operations processes and KPIs. The baseline ideal
profile may include someone with SFDC business analyst skill sets, for
example. An SFDC admin would not be a good candidate.
FYI, the sales ops organization is a function in sales that manages the
process and KPIs for managing and driving our quota bearing sales force.
One of the most important processes is the funnel or pipeline. The
candidate must understand this concept.
