This person would be responsible for testing GSFM SSRS reports functionality and WCF service. This position requires advanced SQL skills, SSRS testing experience and WCF service testing expertise. Skills / Experience: The Test Analyst will be responsible for creating, executing and maintaining test scripts using Microsoft Test Manager. They will work collaboratively with Development Project Teams, but will be required to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Specific Responsibilities include: · Design, document, develop and execute test scripts during iterative development, system testing, regression testing, and post production testing · Support, maintain, and enhance existing test scripts · Document, analyze and report test results; perform complex SQL queries for data comparison and validation. · Record and track issues/defects; follow-through with resolution and Identify appropriate tests for automation and provide effort estimation as required. · Create and execute both manual and automated test scripts · Document and report testing results, ensuring tests within the plans are executed completely and accurately and that test results are recorded · Translate Acceptance Criteria into test requirements in collaboration with a Requirements Analyst and work within the team to estimate testing tasks within a sprint · Track defects · Document and share testing metrics · Participate in scrum team stand-ups, white boarding sessions, planning sessions, retro session and defect resolution and retesting. This position requires advanced SQL skills, SSRS testing experience and WCF service testing expertise.
