Months – 6 Months Job Description: v Provide maintenance and support of Southwest Airlines specifically on Weblogic/Web sphere/TCServer/ ERS Server v Ability to take part in capacity planning e v Have knowledge of UNIX and networking commands & Scripting knowledge v Perform day-to-day administration support of middleware technologies as required. v Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for middleware support. v Follows all middleware administration, Change, Release, Incident, Problem, Security, and Configuration Management processes, policies, operating plans. v Perform advanced root-cause analysis for middleware related incidents, problems, and enterprise improvements/integrations. v Solves and assists others in solving complex support problems, works with application and product vendors as needed, and escalates resolution when appropriate. v Gather, articulate, and document technical requirements or solutions relating to middleware architecture.
