Duration: 6+ Months *Mandatory Skills (MANDATORY) FS4SP (Fast Search), SharePoint 2013* Professional Skills: v Excellent presentable, efficient and professional written/oral communication skills v Capability to handle multiple projects at a time with expertise to provide team guidance for smooth parallel execution v Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive approach to identify new business opportunities v Excellent professional etiquettes with capability to create direct customer repo as organization's representative v Functional Skills: v Strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, particularly Agile/SCRUM / iterative development methodologies v Development, leading and facilitation of strategies, road maps and business systems architectures v Leading technical and functional requirements gathering sessions involving FAST Search and SharePoint implementations v Identifying, managing and mitigating project scope changes and risks in multi-project execution environments v Experience in pre-sales activities including but not limited to assessments, estimations, proposals, resource onboarding etc. Technical Skills: v Minimum 4 years of experience in design and development of enterprise search systems including FS4SP, FAST ESP and Enterprise Search v Good functional knowledge in creating and configuring Taxonomy in FAST search applications v Live experience on configurations, building and maintenance of FAST servers and applications, search metadata handling and implementation of search rules v Expertise with FAST query language (FQL) v Expertise with search relevancy models and fine tuning of the rules through custom pipeline stages v Development of SharePoint Pipelines Extensibility framework based custom document processing capabilities in FAST Search implementations v Minimum 10+ years of experience in design and development of web based development using Microsoft technologies v Subject matter expertise in ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, XSLT, WCF/REST Services, SharePoint APIs v Exposure to different generations of SharePoint versions, Out-of-box capabilities & customization requirements v Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, SVN, Visual SourceSafe operations, integration and troubleshooting v SharePoint custom development of WebParts/Features/Solutions v Configurations, development and customization of Search specific WebParts, Search Services and Search Centers v Configurations and administration of SharePoint Farms, topologies and deployment automations using PowerShell scripting Thanks & Regards, *Raghavendra Gaddam*, Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc Phone: 630-242-6423 Ext: 221 !!
