v 1.Monitor and debug/fix daily jobs/tickets if there are any issues
v 2..Work with vendors and business to ensure all inbound and outbound
feeds are working fine
v 3..Handling all change requests with activities involving evaluation of
the request, estimation, code/fix and test
v 4..Handle releases of all change requests
v 5..Address escalation raised by users
v 6..Coordinate & conduct status update meeting with business
v 7..Manage all FTP Processes and work with external vendors
v 8..Work with all support team during system crashes and failures and
restore the system
- Complete understand of North American Payroll / Benefits
- Ability to code and debug/fix issues using Application Engine,
PeopleCode, PS Security, Application Designer, Application Messaging, Query
Manager, Integration Broker, , Peoplesoft Testing,
