the Rebates module and with setting up account hierarchies. Additional

Description: The Analyst, ERP is responsible for the daily maintenance of
the companys operational systems. This includes gathering and analyzing
data in support of business cases, proposed projects and system
requirements. This individual will apply exceptional communication,
analytical, and problem-solving skills to not only provide solid system
solution but instill trust with peers and throughout the organization. This
position requires self-discipline and a "can-do" attitude. The Ideal
candidate will possess good process knowledge of order processing,

Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT
landscaperapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single
processtrack. Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort
estimates , assistin solution workshops and assist in preparing the
solution road map as well asassisting in the detailed documentation and in
implementing the solution Ableto guide a team , preparation of design
documents, gathering businessrequirements and estimation and having the
knowledge of the quality processesand also guide the team in using the
various quality tools. Should have atleast 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP
experience in the core module of specializationand 1 - 3 years of domain
experience Demonstrates knowledge of Sales andDistribution processes and
how these processes are treated and configured inSAP .Able to work with
customer business teams and Wipro project teamseffectively. Should be able
to conduct requirement gathering workshops ,mapthese into SAP SD processes
and identify gaps. Should know the processesadopted for custom
developments, unit testing, functional testing, integrationtesting, go-live
preparations and going live Should be able to design andconfigure processes
in Sales and Distribution - Sales ,Billing, Shipping,Variant configuration
areas. Should also know how these processes integrateFinance and inventory

Ability to read through the customer business processes and
simultaneouslyformulating the adoption of the best business practices in
meeting theforeseeable challenges. Ability to review, validate the right
set of questions.Create solution workshops with senior business managers,
review validatesolution proposals and estimates, rendering advice on best
business practicesand getting the buy in to adopt these practices. Ability
to create solutionroad maps integrating multiple disparate processes.
Ability to present and getthe buy in for the solution from senior managers
and the CXO levels. Implementthe solution by leading the team. In addition
to leveraging the standardprocesses, come out with innovative solutions and
timely execution of theproject within the agreed time lines and the cost.
Ability to lead a team andparticipate in presales activity and ability to
give suggestions on areas ofimprovements. Knowledge of the quality
processes and adopted quality standardsin projects. Knowledge of the
recognized quality tools and Participate inQuality Improvement meetings
Should have more than 6 years of SAP experiencein the core module of
specialization and 5 - 8 years of domain experience.Complete knowledge and
expertise of Sales and Distribution(Order to Cash)processes and has
understanding of all functionalities and processes availablein SAP SD and
CS. Should have expertise on integration of these processes
withProcurement, Warehouse Management, SCM and Transportation management
