*Role: Business Analyst*

*Location: Glendale, CA*

*Duration: 12+ Months *

*Looking for resources with 5-8 years of experience*

This Business Analyst position serving two primary functions:

1)            *B2E (Business to Employee) business and technical support*:

•             Act as the single point of contact and Corporate Intranet
platform and related B2E tools (e.g. *Kontiki, Chatter*, etc.)

•                             Provide guidance to technical and
non-technical users on ways of working with the various B2E platform tools,
identify best uses and tactics for creating, implementing, and managing
content on the corporate Intranet

•                             Provide L2 technical support for these tools
including ticket/issue resolution and escalation, directly troubleshoot
issues with websites and content, and support business owners (site and
content masters) as necessary on the platforms

•             Lead and execute regular status calls and new user training
sessions for B2E tools, participate in regional “expert network”
activities, identify opportunities for new collaboration tools, and work
closely with regional support teams to ensure B2E tools are effectively
evangelized and leveraged across the organization

2)            *“Cloud” Inventory Management and risk assessment*

•             Support and manage inventory of identified cloud/external
service vendors

•             Evaluate new vendors and update the inventory as needed

•             Coordinate with various LGO and business contacts to conduct
vendor risk assessments and ensure required documentation and sign-off is
collected and recorded

•             Liaison with various stakeholder groups including IT
security, compliance, and regional support to ensure corporate maintains
compliance targets

*Skills required**:*

•             Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platform, content
management principles and associated web technologies

•             Experience with technical and operations support processes
(Service Desk, ticket management, resolution, escalation, maintaining and
achieving service levels etc.)

•                             Excellent written and verbal communication
with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
and a high level of comfort presenting to medium to large groups of
technical and non-technical users

•             Very strong organizational and project coordination skills

•             Proficient in English language
