Must have expertise in the administration and use of Serena's Configuration
Management (CM) tool Dimensions, along with RM and Serena Business
Manager(SBM). Support the product development activities by setting up
application work areas and subfolders for CM of applications’ system
documents, source codes, and database scripts. Ensure that project leads
and developers comply with CM policies and procedures. Provide efficient
release baselining/management. Recommend ways to fully utilize Dimensions’
capabilities in CM. Improve on change management process based on industry
best practice and provide expertise on configuration management principles.
Update Enterprise Configuration Management (ECM) Handbook as needed.
Provide Serena training as needed agencywide.
*Position5: Sales Force Developer*
*Location: Portland, ME*
*Duration: 6-9 months contract (could be sooner or until the client finds
someone to hire)*
- Need an experienced SF developer, who can help them pick up where the
vendor left off, without access to the vendor dev team.
- Need this person to be able to compare environments, do deployments
between environments, set up sandboxes including loading test data from
production, and debug production issues, etc.
- Able to help ramp up the internal team to work on Sales force, so things
like best practices for SDLC on Sales force, etc. And since the rest of
their internal staff is .net, experience with that platform would be ideal.
