*Job Description:*

*Primary Responsibilities:*

·         *Collaborate with business and system analyst and prepare test
strategy and detailed test plans for performing System integration,
regression and Post production validation for EDI HIPAA transactions.*

·         *Ability to work with trading partners to resolve any HIPAA
technical issues.*

·         *The customization of EDI HIPAA of 270/271,276/277.278, 834, 835,
837, 820, 823 transactions using EDI ANSI X12, Gentran/WTX on Unix
platform, and ORACLE Server as back-end*

·         *Complete understanding of the Hierarchy of HIPAA EDI structure
viz., Partner ISA information, GS/GE, ST/SE information, and IEA Segment
Control information.*

·         *Well-versed with estimation process to define Initial and
Lock-down estimation for the testing activities.*

·         *With the sound health care and HIPAA EDI transactions knowledge
should identify and prepare the complex business scenarios.*

·         *Experienced in HIPAA, Health Care industry providing Business
Process Assessment, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Implementation
and Testing.*

·         *Identify opportunities for re-use and development of reusable

·         *Coordinate changes and updates to end-to-end business
requirements and scenarios at each re-iteration of design*

·         *Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal
and external customers) and the large size testing team*

·         *Serve as a mentor and as an example to other test leads with
providing best practice around test management and process where feasible.*

·         *Determine impact to business requirements for any change
requests and manage completion of required testing activities to meet
agreed upon deadlines*

·         *Identify risks and provide mitigation plan*

·         *Escalate and obtain resolution of any issues or risk *

·         *Review deliverables of team members and provide feedback, check
status of assigned tasks,        resolve any issues faced by team members
and ensure timely completion of testing activities.*

·         *Document, implement, monitor and enforce all standards,
guidelines, methodologies and processes as defined by the organization*
