*Description*



·         The primary responsibility of this lead position is to develop,
manage and lead the

SharePoint program which consists of various SharePoint projects. Provide
management leadership in the end to end design, development and delivery of
technology-enabled applications, products and services. Responsible for
meeting development schedules and delivering high quality solutions that
meet technical specifications and design requirements. Lead the
specification and software design phases of the software development life
cycle. May manage the design and implementation of new software development
and enhancement efforts and software testing with other technologists.

Responsibilities:

o    Develop, manage and lead the SharePoint program which consists of
various SharePoint projects. Responsibilities include: development of
project plans that build into an overall program plan, define individual
project deliverables as a part of the overall program deliverables

o    Contribute to and often lead the specification and software design
phases of the software development life cycle.

o    Manage the design and implementation of new software development and
enhancement efforts and software testing with other technologists.

o    Oversee creation and approval of technical documentation including the
Solution Definition document and Technical Design document; ensure
documentation is aligned to the Functional Requirements and uses document
templates that meet SDLC standards

o    Identifies and manages dependencies and downstream impacts of the
project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and / or programs

o    Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to project
manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities and
Mentor development staff through the technical challenges.

o    Identification of technical resource gap and address the gap by either
acquiring or preferably by developing the skill set within the institution

o    Coordinate coding and unit testing phases of system development and
facilitate Code Reviews

o    Identify opportunities for system reuse and system simplification
Communicate Expectations, Roles and Responsibilities to team members and
hold them accountable to meet the expectations.

o    Collaborate with IT partners to devise capacity plan and ensure
appropriate infrastructure for the end to end system delivery

o    Support current Intranet and designing/supporting Extranet Portal.
Implement high quality, scalable and extendable and reusable SharePoint
solutions

o    Facilitate regular communication with IT and business partners using
various methods to monitor progress toward project goals/milestones, task
status, and identify/address issues.

o    Coordinates efforts between the technical / administrative team and
the application development team

*Qualifications*

*Requirements*

o    Minimum 5 years experience in SharePoint development, design,
administration REQUIRED

o    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or minimum 5
years equivalent work experience REQUIRED

o    Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010
and minimum 1 year in SharePoint 2013 REQUIRED

o    Minimum 5 years experience building and maintaining application using
object oriented methodology REQUIRED

o    Minimum 5 years experience in creating custom solutions on the
SharePoint platform: SP 2010, 365, Visual Studio .NET, and front-end web
development technologies REQUIRED

o    Knowledge of advanced features such as Custom Workflows,
InfoPath/Forms Services, Excel Services, Business Data Catalog (BDC), etc.
HIGHLY DESIRED

o    Minimum 5 years proficiency and hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS
Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS InfoPath and other MS products software
which are required for integration with SharePoint REQUIRED

o    Minimum 5 years experience in leading development of SharePoint
content utilizing JavaScript, XML, XSDL, CAML, XHTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX,
.Net, while following industry and SharePoint best practices REQUIRED

o    Minimum 3 years experience leading technical efforts as Technical
Lead, Team Lead, or senior development leadership in development/design
projects, implementation projects, migration projects, etc. REQUIRED



*Desired Skills:*

o    Familiarity with SharePoint Designer HIGHLY DESIRED

o    Strong analytical skills; Able to assess and solve issues in a
high-pressure environment HIGHY DESIRED

o    Strong organizational skills; Must be able to multitask without
sacrificing attention to details HIGHLY DESIRED

o    Experience with full SDLC processes HIGHLY DESIRED

o    Strong Domain knowledge in Finance applications.

o    Excellent team player with good organizational, communicational,
analytical and logical skills.

o    Typically 7 years of experience in data management, application
development, metadata, systems technology analysis, with an understanding
of current technologies.

o    Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently as well as
in a team, experienced

o    Agile Scrum – prefer Scrum MasterMust sit in Charlotte
