Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements. 2. Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options. 3. Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams. 4. Work with client architecture teams in - validate the non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on architecture options 5. Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required. 6. Working experience with at least one common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq) *Branding and Thought Leadership * Participate in conferences, blog, publish white papers, conduct PoV sessions for customers *Skill5 - IM Analysis and Solution design * · Experience in IM framework definition, Architecture, evaluation and comparisonof tools. · Expeience in preparation of solution framework, white papers andknowledge / competency documents. · Experience in Data analysis and qualitychecks as a designer / Architect. · 2 years experience in IM consulting or experience in Design & Implementation of 2 IM development projects." · *Essential Skill(s)* *Solution Architecture * 1. Identify the design areas and the integration point between these areas (atleast few of the designareas). Effectively track the integration points in the design to ensure thereare no omissions. 3.
