*Duties and Responsibilities *
The Administrator will be part of our IT organization in the Application
and Web Services team and will be responsible for maintaining the SFDC
implementations in multiple orgs.
Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to SFDC custom
objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards
Configure and maintain user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules and
Configure, maintain, support and conduct release management for sandboxes
and production instances
Provide administrative support for SFDC integrations; including (but not
limited to) Marketo, Form Assembly, SFDC Social Hub (Radian 6 and Buddy
Provide input for conduct training sessions and training materials
*Our Ideal candidate:*
Has used the SFDC metadata API extensively
Has written scripts to automate and manage the deployment process
Has used automated tools such as Selenium to handle tasks that can't be
handled via the metadata API
Reviews Salesforce release notes and advocates for features that make the
SFDC administrator's job easier
Has excellent interpersonal communication skills, is willing to explain
technical details to team members with vary levels of experience, and
enjoys working with others
