Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels within the organization are essential. Understand the current organizations delivery methodology and strategize the QA approach for a successful *BPM implementation*. Be able to provide thought leadership in implementing QA industry best practices. Comfortable managing a team of testers and responsible for reviewing and approving their scripts, execution. Specifically, it is expected that the QA Lead will be proficient and have demonstrated success in the following areas: - Experience with *Agile methodologies* - Experience with *SOAP UI* - Experience in setting up QA Center of Excellence - Manage change and issues control processes, *The successful candidate will evaluate the current client environment establish test procedures, processes lead and assist the client with establishing the QA COE for Pega.
