Job Title : Storage Engineer Location : Lewisville, TX - *Local only*Duration : 6 weeks Contract Interview Details: Phone & F2F Interview *Job Description:* Engineer, support and maintenance of company’s storage infrastructure Manage and maintain storage environments Provide 2nd technical support and issues resolution of Storage Infrastructure Support standards for Storage and Fabric Maintain and manage updates and patches for storage and fabric systems. Produce and maintain procedural documentation throughout the lifecycle of the system Assist team members on projects Participate in product assessments and POC initiatives Participate in Change Management and Problem Management calls. Train offshore teams on operations’ support procedures, evaluate their performance and take corrective actions. Utilize scripts and tools to automate procedural tasks Provides 24-hour on-call support for problem analysis and resolution. Undertake other tasks as directed by Management Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
