Full Name : Location : Contact Number : Email : Availability : Visa Status : *Requirement Details* Oracle CRM Technical consultant with Oracle Service Cloud projects experience Location – Redwood city, CA Duration : 4+Months *Job description:* Provide functional assistance for Oracle Service Cloud projects including but not limited to: • Perform requirement gathering interviews and document findings as direct by Oracle • Assist in efforts to provide accurate estimates of tasks to be completed in support of a Oracle Service Cloud related project • Design and document solutions for Oracle Service Cloud engagements • Configure all modules in the Oracle Service Cloud application • Assist in supporting User Acceptance Testing activities and troubleshooting issues that arise in the implementation • Complete administrative tasks • Provide configuration, implementation, functionality advice and coaching • Evaluate reporting requirements and available reporting features and functions in Analytics program • Design, build and custom reports Technical scope Provide technical assistance for the Oracle Services Cloud Projects including but not limited to: • Gather technical requirements from customers and document those requirements for technical review. • Customer Portal development. o UI - HTML/CSS/JavaScript o Widgets o Controllers o Models o Leverage Connect APIs within appropriate areas of CP. • Develop Custom Process Models for integrations, data processing, and other server-side operations using Connect APIs. • Develop and update Custom Business Models to support CP, CPM, and Addin development. • High-level functional work such as report development that might be used in a technical deliverable. • SAML / PTA coaching and development • Add-in development (.NET) Thanks & Regards *Shilpa * IT Recruiter.
