Please do respond back to imt...@canopyone.com *Position:* Agile Coach *Duration:* Long Term Contract *Location:* Bridgewater, NJ *JOB DESCRIPTION* *Key Candidate Profile: Able to work in the US* • *I/T Agile ( & Scrum) Software Development Methodology SME* • Strong experience leading development teams and coaching / training / presenting Agile / Scrum and Waterfall • Passion for delivering guidance and education around software development best practices, Agile Transformation • Inspirational change manager with proven track record in increasing performance in technology organizations • Ability to travel to development locations to present class room training and coach development teams. *Position Summary:* • In this high-visibility position, you will function as a Software Development Methodology SME and Transformational Change Agent, consulting with I/T leadership and delivering instructional class room presentations to development teams on the Agile / Scrum methodology. • You will leverage your deep knowledge of the SDLC in large IT projects to impact the organization across business units, including supervising, planning and organizing activities as well as managing the implementation of complex business requirements and processes. • Work closely with engineering, product management and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile / Scrum organizational transformation through training, coaching and world-class software development practices across a large number of project teams at multiple locations. • Manage customer expectations throughout the delivery while managing scope and project profitability issues. • Partner with programming teams to estimate effort required to deliver various proposed solutions, keeping in mind the difficulty of construction and the nature of the particular customer environment. *Responsibilities:* • Be a part of the Agile Development Center of Excellence (Agile CoE) in sharing, adopting and implementing Agile/Scrum best practices. • Collaborate with rest of the Agile CoE to establish training, processes and tools suitable for distributed teams. • Train and coach engineering & product management teams in Agile/Scrum management, cultural and development practices. • Serve as an expert on Scrum software principles to engineering managers, developers, quality engineers, UX engineers, software designers, and architects. • Maintain a knowledge base of software process, development and implementation best practices. • Identify and extract process improvements that will result in measurable quality, predictability and efficiency improvements. • Establish metrics and tools to achieve predictability and high quality of software in a fast paced, challenging, and creative environment. • Be a "practitioner-coach" and as such be ready to become Scrum master of engineering projects. • Champion the transformation, inspire teams to move to new approaches and transform existing development processes. *Qualifications:* • Ability to present clearly and succinctly to the business stakeholders, product leaders and development team members, to provide coaching and guidance, to facilitate adoption of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall software development methodologies • Inspirational change manager with proven track record in increasing performance in technology organizations • Strong experience with *Agile development and process in a software development organization* • Prefer Certified *Scrum Master / CSM Certification* • Strong experience as a *Scrum Master / Scrum Coach* • Deep Knowledge of the *SDLC / Software Development Life Cycle* • Ability to clearly communicate process change to achieve the change in development process • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited institute • Strong experience in a technical coaching and/or organizational process & transformation roles • Strong experience in software development • Travel up to 25% to ADP development locations to present class room training and coach development teams. *Please Email me a copy of your WORD formatted resume along with details as mentioned below.* *Full Name:* *Current Location, City and State:* *Mobile and Home Phone No:* *Email ID:* *US work authorization:* *Visa Expiry date (If H1/EAD):* *Highest Educational degree:* *Overall years of experience* *Currently on a project:* *Willingness to relocate across US: * *Last 4 digit of SSN#* *Interview Availability:* *Available to join from* (*Availability)*: *Skype Id:* *Expected Hourly Rate(c2c/w2/1099)* *If this project does not match your exact skills perhaps you know of someone with the necessary experience and availability;
